Stacy Ann Walker

Stacy Ann Walker, 56, of Vidalia, died Wednesday, March 28, following a lengthy illness.  Funeral services will be held at 3:00P.M., Friday, March 30, at Grace Community Presbyterian Church, Lyons, with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, McRae.  Visitation is one hour prior to the service at Grace Community Presbyterian Church.

A native of McRae, Stacy was the daughter of the late James F. Walker and the late Ann Douglas Walker.  She was a graduate of Georgia Southern and Savannah State College and was a member of Grace Community Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include her aunts, Connie Douglas (John E.) Peebles of Jefferson and Jan Rutland of Clayton; cousins, Melinda McGinty Elkins, Melissa McGinty Elzey, Matt D. Peebles and Carmen C. Peebles.  A host of caring friends also survive, including faithful, devoted and lifelong friend and caretaker, Ann Nelson Curtis.
