Roy Michael "Jayr" Simmons, Jr.

A memorial service for Roy Michael "Jayr" Simmons, Jr., 29, of McRae will be held at 11:00A.M., Saturday, October 8, in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home.

A native and resident of Telfair County, Mr. Simmons was preceded in death by his stepfather, Glen Beasley.

Surviving are his parents, Zina Brewer Beasley (Stacey Wright) of Eastman and Roy Michael Simmons, Sr. of Savannah; his sons, Danyon Simmons and Drevon Simmons, both of Alamo; daughters, Haley Grace Simmons and Rebecca Rayne Simmons, both of Hazlehurst; brother, Dustin (Jennifer) Melvin, McRae; sisters, Zoey Simmons, Savannah and Jessica Carrillo, Dublin; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
