Mattie Bell Horton, 78, of Jacksonville, died Saturday, December 1. Funeral services will be at 4:00P.M., Monday, December 3, in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home with burial in Central Grove Cemetery. Visitation is Sunday, 6:00-8:00P.M.
The daughter of the late Osie S. and Mary Grace McMichael Tribble, and the wife of the late George Cleveland Horton, she was a seamstress at Roydon Wear and attended Central Grove Church of God.
Survivors include a son, Larry Horton, Helena; daughters, Georgia Hulett, Mary Reynolds, Gail Cliett and Melissa Webb, Jacksonville; sister, Ruth McMichael, Monticello; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
