Judy Mae (Clements) Gore

Judy Clements Gore, 75, of Gray, died Tuesday, May 19.  Funeral services will be held at 1:30P.M., Friday, May 22, in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home, McRae, with visitation beginning at 12:00 Noon.  Rev. Terry Hedden will officiate.



Born in Wheeler County and a native of Telfair County, Ms. Gore was the daughter of the late Clyde V. Clements and the late Willie Maude Williams Haymons, and was married to the late Kermit Lake Gore.  A member of Dodge’s Chapel United Methodist Church, she was employed at Robins Air Force Base.  Ms. Gore was preceded in death by a daughter, Debra Gore; step-father, George W. Haymons; and grandparents, Chester and Maude Williams.



Survivors include her son, Kermit A. (Karen) Gore, Gray; three grandchildren Spencer Gore, Kaley Gore and Madelyn Gore, and brothers and sisters, Lynn (Sharon) Payne and Beth Haymons (Bucky) Scarborough, both of Mansfield, Sue Payne (Orie) Smith, Jacksonville, George Randall (Libby) Haymons, Newborn, Diana Haymons (Waverly) Larkey, Douglas and Greg (Ann) Haymons, Locust Grove.
