Charles Henry Rauh, Jr., 86, of Helena, died Tuesday, December 22. Funeral services will be held at 1:30P.M., Saturday, January 2, in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home, McRae, with burial in the Blockhouse Church Cemetery, Jacksonville.
A native of Long Island, NY, Mr. Rauh was the son of the late Charles Henry Rauh, Sr. and the late Jeanette Mildred King Rauh. He was married to the late Marilyn Pollman Rauh and later to the late Mable Lou Patrick Rauh. He served more than twenty years in the Army and Navy, was a veteran of World War II and the Vietnam War and was a member of American Legion Post #80. Mr. Rauh was also a retired school bus driver.
Survivors include his daughter, Cathryn Rauh, Columbus; sisters, Jeanne Anderson and Doris Rauh, Citrus Springs, FL, and Geraldine Whitley, Cross Roads, TX; grandchildren, Menashe (Jackie) Gardner, Sara (Steve) Marlow and Moshe Gardner; and great-grandchildren, Liam, Finn, Ethan, Jack, Kacie and Tyler.
