Bill Walsh, 64, of Scotland, died Monday, April 16. Funeral services will be at 3:30P.M., Thursday, April 19, in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home, McRae, with burial in the Scotland Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday, 7:00-9:00P.M.
A native of Hazlehurst, Mr. Walsh was the son of Ruby Spell Manning and the late John Edward Walsh. He was retired from Tolleson Lumber Company and was of Baptist Faith. Mr. Walsh was preceded in death by a daughter, Janna Walsh.
Survivors include his mother, Ruby Manning, Lumber City; estranged wife, Lynn Walsh, Helena; daughters, Kimberly (Jeffery) King, Richmond Hill, Joni (Scott) Harrelson, McRae and Jaime (Chris) Ashley, Scotland; son, Billy Joel Walsh, Helena; brothers, Carroll Walsh and Mike Walsh, Hazlehurst, Bob Walsh, Sumter, Danny Walsh, Baxley, and Richard Walsh, South Carolina; and grandchildren, Chelsie Tanner, Chase Tanner, Dustin Harrelson, Kilye Harrelson, Amber Warren, Kelsey Moore, Marcie Floyd, Emalee Ashley and Michelle Ashley.
